Our fundamental approach begins at the panel member level where we carefully evaluate potential issues that might keep them from participating.  These may include their language preference and access to the Internet or a touchtone phone.  We also take into account cultural differences when phrasing questions or arranging questions on a page. 

Our continued attention to details does not end at the survey level.  We also work with an approved network of non-profit organizations and academic institutions to source our panel members.  Members are prepped in a culturally acceptable manner to participate for a common cause such as for academic scholarship fund.  We also include monetary incentives to instill a level of seriousness associated with a responsibility to cooperate similar to what would be expected from an employee.
